The moment we decided to offer our service on subscription basis, we could already anticipate the top question we would be asked: "why do I have to pay every year?", or "why is there yearly fee?"

For starter, if you would hire someone to build for you a website that comes with content management system (CMS), that lets you create unlimited pages and news/blogs, that is ready for expansion (see Future Ready), on top of that, allows you to upgrade it to different designs from time to time without affecting the content pages, you would probably have to pay somewhat $5,000 SGD or so. Of course, we are not counting in your 18-year-old nephew who would do it for you for the price of an Xbox 360; let's just be strictly professional here shall we?

Having said the above, we have the choice of charging you such amount in one go, or we can make things easier for you by allowing you to pay a fraction at a time. The advantage of doing the latter, will not only help your cash flow, it also gives us the incentive to continuously improve our service for you.

To think it further, even if you hired someone else to design your website, you would have to pay some yearly fees, such as web hosting fee, domain renewal fee; and in some cases, maintenance fee for keeping the website alive anyway. The difference is, you'd probably get a lot more in return by going with us.

So, instead of asking, "why is there yearly fee?" A more appropriate question would be, "why do I not need to pay for everything now?"
